Yamazato – Kaiseki Kagetsu Set-Dinner
Yamazato is delighted to present seasonal Kaiseki “Kagetsu” set-dinner from March 6th to 22, 2018. The seasonal Kaiseki set-menu includes Tofu skin with salmon roe, Clear soup with clam cake, Hassun (Sushi wrapped in fried tofu, flat fish wrapped with tofu skin, simmered soy beans and sardine with plum, deep fried broad bean with shrimp), Sashimi of three kinds of seasonal fish, Grilled skilfish with egg, Kagoshima Beef Sukini with Spring Vegetables, Congee with Crab, Seasonal Fruits and Chestnut Cake and Blak Beans Served with Maccha.
