Do you understand what the girls want?
I often hear that the girl will share her own confidential information during chatting with other girls, which is a common social skill. The psychologists believe that it is a "self-presentation" which makes the distance between people much closer. Also it is intimate language among girls.
Girls are not keen to talk about their work.
