報章上看到一篇報導一個人吃肉時,他吃下的不光是各種養殖時注射的毒素,還有相應質量的情緖。肉食不但會通過負面情緖和毒素拖累身體,還令情感中心長期處於緊張和疲倦之中,讓它自己製造滿足感的能力退化。看到這個報導, 覺得素食應該有益的。 人生活要素是運動和食物, 今天特別為大家介紹一湯一菜。(有營養也方便) 湯:老黃瓜清洗去皮切塊、加上紅棗煲湯(也可加枸杞和粟米) 煲一小時加上鹽便可。 菜:蕃茄、蕃茄酱、蛋白素肉(可用豆腐替代)及椰菜花。
