(來源: 蘇蘇的部落) 以前物質沒這麼豐富,偶爾『斬料』加餸,足以令一家人雀躍地吃一頓飯。現在提起燒味,已不單止是加餸這樣簡單,甚至可以登上大雅之堂。 早前CyberCTM的博客蘇蘇受邀到澳門新濠天地金映閣食飯,該餐廳以燒味作招牌菜,餐廳亦供應傳統廣東菜、生猛海鮮、甜品等。據蘇蘇親身試食介紹,它的燒味是運用古法加荔枝木燒烤而成,而且菜式選材上乘,例如招牌菜果木黑毛豬叉燒,選用西班牙黑豚肉製作,口感軟腍美味。實在可以說是非一般的燒味! 【延伸閱讀】澳門新濠天地金映閣,燒出個味來
