身體骨骼的骨質大約在三十歲會達到最高峰,之後骨質逐漸減少,尤其在女性停經後,骨質減少的速度會加快。如果骨質流失過多,使得原本緻密的骨骼形成許多孔隙,呈現中空疏鬆的現象,就是所謂的「骨質疏鬆症」。 成人鈣質建議攝取量為每日1000毫克,可從奶類,黃豆類,深綠色蔬菜,小魚乾等食物中攝取。 補鈣小貼士: - 乳糖不耐症者可選擇經發酵的奶類製品,如芝士或乳酪。奶類製品儘量選擇低脂或脫脂。- 大部分鈣質儲存於骨骼中,我們可以多選擇連骨吃的魚類,如小魚乾,沙甸魚等。
